As a Multi-Skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, from electrical and plumbing repairs to general facility upkeep. You'll work in a variety of settings, including hotels, resorts, and other commercial properties, using tools like multimeters, pipe wrenches, and power drills. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the upkeep of some of Bali's most iconic properties while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Provide support during renovations and construction projects as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies to enhance maintenance efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in First Aid (preferred).
