With a strong background in retail or distribution, you'll manage a team of 10-15 employees and a budget of Rp 500 million. Using tools like Salesforce and SAP, you'll analyze sales data to identify opportunities and implement strategies to boost performance.

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.

• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align branch operations with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or distribution management.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and SAP, with experience in data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
