📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Implement and monitor production schedules using SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Certification in Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
