📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain advanced die preparation and reconstruction equipment, including dicing saws, laser marking machines, and wafer saws.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and improve process efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document equipment performance, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures during equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and operation in the semiconductor or related industries.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining advanced die preparation and reconstruction equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures.
