📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and regulations.
• Monitor and optimize the utilization of IT assets to improve cost-efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into IT asset performance.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT asset management.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Certification in IT asset management (e.g., ITIL, ISO 19770) is a plus.
• Proficient in using IT asset management tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of IT security and risk management is a plus.
