HR Administrator (Bali-Based)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage and maintain employee data using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Support HR operations by handling administrative tasks and correspondence
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of payroll documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
• Support the HR team with recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and maintaining job postings
• Assist with the organization and coordination of HR-related events and training sessions
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role
• Proficient in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
