📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking meals, following recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Handle and store food ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Follow all health and safety protocols in the kitchen.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
