📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Public Service Unit, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of public services.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and accessibility of public services.
Coordinate with various government departments and agencies to ensure seamless integration of public service programs.
Manage and supervise a team of public service officers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of public service programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the community.
Ensure compliance with government policies and regulations in the delivery of public services.
Represent the Public Service Unit in meetings and conferences with stakeholders, both locally and nationally.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in public service delivery, and implement innovative solutions to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Government, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in public service management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing public service programs and improving service delivery.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using government administrative software and tools, such as SIMPONI and SIMPRS.
Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to public service delivery.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
