📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
