📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing information about our products or services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Support the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, or promotional activities.,Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents for internal and external use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
