📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with a focus on providing a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and motivated, and that they understand the restaurant's mission and values.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and that recipes are followed correctly.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all local and national laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and recipe development.,A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing excellent service to customers.,A valid food safety certificate or willingness to obtain one.,A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
