📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
