📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of Moon Shop Nusantara stores in Makassar, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive store performance and profitability.,Lead and motivate a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.,Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving store performance and profitability.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
