Sumber Umar Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.,Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.,High school diploma or equivalent.
