Sehati Budi Shop is looking for a talented Junior Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing technical documents that help our customers understand and use our products effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and edit technical documents such as user manuals, quick start guides, and troubleshooting guides.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Ensure that technical documents are compliant with industry standards and best practices.,Assist in the development and maintenance of our technical writing style guide.,Provide support to the marketing team in creating promotional materials that highlight the features and benefits of our products.,Participate in product launches and provide documentation support during these events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
