📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with system administration tools and utilities.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proactive and detail-oriented.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.Familiarity with virtualization technologies.Understanding of cloud computing concepts.Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
