📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the bakery,Ensure high quality of products,Oversee the work of junior staff,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards,Manage inventory and supplies,Handle customer complaints and feedback,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,Knowledge of bakery operations and equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and leadership skills,Ability to work as part of a team,Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards,Familiarity with food safety regulations,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
