📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Support the company's strategic planning and growth initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
