📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the branch's budget and financial performance.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or casual dining setting.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
