📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of cashiers and sales associates.,Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.,Train and develop new team members to ensure high performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory counts and other stock management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
