📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the training and development of employees through workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training materials.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.,Provide administrative support to the training department, including scheduling, logistics, and record-keeping.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training needs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of e-learning and other digital training solutions.,Provide support to the training department during peak periods, such as during the annual performance review cycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a training or development role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Moodle or Articulate Storyline.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
