APSN Education Services is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Programme Executive to join our Student Care Centre in Bali. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive care and support to students with special needs, ensuring their well-being and academic success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement individualised care plans for students with special needs, in collaboration with educators and therapists.,Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular updates to parents and relevant stakeholders.,Organise and facilitate therapeutic and educational activities tailored to students' needs.,Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.,Maintain accurate records of students' progress, behaviours, and interactions with staff.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.,Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all students, ensuring their rights and dignity are respected.,Assist in the development and implementation of the Student Care Centre's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with students with special needs in an educational or therapeutic setting.,Strong knowledge of special needs education principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid teaching or related professional certification preferred.

🛠️ Keahlian

Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)intellectual disabilitiesor other special needs.Knowledge of assistive technologies and adaptive learning strategies.Understanding of child development and behaviour management techniques.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Commitment to the principles of inclusion and diversity.
