Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.,Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote and sell products or services to customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail or sales operations is a plus.,Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to operate POS systems and other sales software.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
