📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and optimize the lithography process to ensure high yield and performance of semiconductor products.Lead and mentor a team of process engineers to achieve process targets and continuous improvement.Develop and implement process control plans to monitor and maintain process stability.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.Participate in process validation and qualification activities to support product releases.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on lithography processes.Strong knowledge of lithography processes, including photolithography, etching, and deposition.Experience with advanced process control tools and statistical process control (SPC).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
