📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.,Lead and mentor the People & Culture team to ensure they are aligned with the company's vision and values.,Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees across all levels.,Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.,Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
