📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and execute daily menus and special dishes,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients,Work with the management team to develop and implement new recipes and menu items,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained,Monitor food costs and ensure that they are within budget,Develop and implement new cooking techniques and methods

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality dishes,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing,Ability to develop and implement new recipes and menu items
