CIRCUIT Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Serang, Banten. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in our retail stores. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and providing excellent customer service.,Assisting customers with product selection and information.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.,Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages.,Providing regular sales reports to the store manager.,Participating in training programs to enhance sales skills.,Collaborating with other team members to achieve store goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Good knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
