📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the sales or marketing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.,Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
