📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and evaluate candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
