📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of treatments and therapies.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Promote a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to enhance clinical skills.
  • Report any adverse events or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
