🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with property management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
