📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at the border crossing post, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maritime laws.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, government agencies, and other stakeholders to manage vessel arrivals and departures.
• Lead a team of officers and staff to ensure efficient cargo handling and passenger processing.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and operations, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in border crossing operations, customs compliance, or maritime logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian maritime laws, customs regulations, and international trade standards.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with port management software and systems.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
